Only takes one skein of Mohair Splash (and because the Mohair is of such high quality - it won't scratch a delicate neck) , the pattern is a beginner lace pattern (4 row pattern repeat) available here, and then you go until you are done.
You can't tell me this wouldn't be great for your mother-in-law!
